There are several ways to manage an application. The most convenient way is using the Runtime Administration Tool.

If you are using a client interface to access an application, administration functions can be accessed using administration commands. If you are accessing an application directly through COM+, administration methods are also available. Refer to Using Administration Commands for more information.
