A Dotnet Web Service can only be generated using the generation function in Agile

Business Suite Builder. During the generation phase Builder calls and uses Component Enabler, but Component Enabler cannot be used directly to generate a Web Service. This is because the generation requires Ispec information that is only available from the Agile Business Suite Developer Repository.
