Component Enabler support in Developer allows you to create and maintain Bundle Folders within Systems and to generate Component Enabler components.
In order to generate Bundles from Developer, you must have Component Enabler installed on the Developer workstation. The Builder client communicates with the Component Enabler Generator Interface, to transfer the Ispec and screen definitions from the Developer repository to Component Enabler. The Java or C# source files are then generated and compiled into the corresponding classes for each Ispec.

Component Enabler Bundles can be generated from Developer either as part of a System generate or as a standalone process. If your Developer System has Component Enabler Bundles with Environmental Options defined, they are automatically generated as part of a System generate. To perform a standalone generate, you can select a Bundle Folder and only build that folder.
