When the first user signs on to a built application through the appropriate MCS, the System Supervisor (LSS) for the application is initiated.

Any application activity causes LSS to be initiated. LSS in turn causes COMS to initiate at least one copy of the COMSTP program (if not already running).

These programs are identified as:

system/LSS

system/COMS_LINC_TP

The system value can be the name of any built application.
