Diagnosing Operations Sentinel Server Services

To help diagnose possible problems or issues with managing your systems using Operations Sentinel, use the Report Problem utility. Access this utility from the Administrative Tools submenu, or from the Tools menu of Operations Sentinel Console. Based on the symptoms and, if you want, with help from Unisys service representative, you can choose which diagnostic information to include in the problem report. Refer to Report Problem Utility Help for more information.
