Notes:
Only one release level of Operations Sentinel services can run at a time.
If an Operations Sentinel administrator makes changes to the Operations Sentinel data, but does not save those changes, the changes are lost when the Operations Sentinel Server services are stopped.
The Operations Sentinel Server services cannot be started or stopped by using the Service in the Computer Management MMC.
After you install Operations Sentinel server software, you must start the Operations Sentinel Server services to begin servicing requests from client applications and agents using the Administrative Tools menu.
To start or stop the Operations Sentinel Server services, or to display the current status of these services, preform the following steps:
Click Start, Programs, Unisys Operations Sentinel x.y.z, and then Administrative Tools.
In the Administrative Tools submenu, click Start Server Services, Stop Server Services, or Status of Server Services.
In each case, a status window appears showing the result of the operation you selected.
