Procedure: If you have not modified your database

If you are using the default Operations Sentinel Trap Service database supplied in levels 7.0 through 8.2 without modifications, update the database as follows:

  1. Remove the Windows Resource Monitor from each managed Windows system on which you have started the Operations Sentinel Trap Service.

  2. Install the WRM supplied with the new release of Operations Sentinel.

  3. Start the Operations Sentinel Trap Service. See “Starting Trap Service.”
