To monitor Windows systems, you must install the Windows Resource Monitor on each Windows system.

Operations Sentinel Console allows you to launch remote control software to control Windows workstations and servers. This software provides a remote desktop into the Windows system when you right-click the icon for that system in an Operations Sentinel Console topology diagram, or the row containing that system in a table display. From this window, you have an access to all resources on the target Windows system.

The Event Server API allows you to develop your own applications for collecting data on each managed Windows system and sending this information to the Operations Sentinel server. These applications can also monitor and act on information sent to Operations Sentinel for other sources.
