Reporting Problems

When reporting a problem to the Unisys Support Center, describe what is happening as best you can. Include any pertinent information such as your host system hardware and software levels, any unusual circumstances before encountering the problem, and any actions taken to resolve the problem.

If you have problems using this product or need further assistance, call a Unisys Support Center:

In the United States and Canada, the number to call for system support is 1-800-328-0440. Call between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Outside the United States, call the Unisys Support Center number provided by your sales representative.

For any software problems, contact your site administrator, if there is one, before calling the Unisys Support Center.
