Creating a Zone

To create zones, you must be a member of the SPO Administrators group or another role with the appropriate permissions.  

To create a new zone

  1. In Administration mode, select the Zones node in the navigation pane.

  2. On the File menu, click New Zone.

    A wizard appears to guide you through the process of creating a zone.

  3. Complete the steps of the wizard. When you click Finish, Operations Sentinel creates the zone with the name and managed groups specified in the wizard.  In the details pane, you can rename the zone or modify the managed groups in the zone.
