Environment variables
—A variable that can supply data from the outside environment to OS 2200 Console View
You can use the following environment variables in a macro generator:
SP_ACTIVE_DATABASE
Name of the active AMS database for the console.
SP_CMP_OS2200_SERVER
Name of the Dorado system that connects to the logical console.
SP_CONSOLE
Name of the OS 2200 console.
SP_DATA_FOLDER
Share path (in UNC format) of the Operations Sentinel data folder on the Operations Server.
SP_MACRO_FOLDER
Share path (in UNC format) of the macro folder on the Operations Server (the default folder is installation-data-folder\os2200-macros).
SP_MACRO_PATH
Fully qualified local path of the macro file created by the macro generator. The file exists after the macro is saved by the Macro Editor. This path includes the macro file name.
SP_OPERATIONS_SERVER
Name of the Operations Server the connected console is running on.
SP_PARTITION
Name of the OS 2200 partition that connects to the logical console.
SP_VIEW_NAME
Name of the current view of the OS 2200 console.
SP_WINDOWS_USER
Current log-on user name on the workstation.
SP_WORKSTATION
Name of the workstation OS 2200 Console View runs on.
