To deactivate an autoaction database
Click Automation Control on the Tools menu.
The Automation Control dialog box appears.
On the CP-AMS tab panel, click Deactivate to deactivate the current database.
OS 2200 Console View fills in the Request, Request Status, and Requested Database fields in the Automation Control dialog box. The Request Status field changes from "In Progress" to "Completed" as the console deactivates the database.
After the console deactivates the autoaction database, OS 2200 Console View updates the Current State box in the Automation Control dialog box with the date and time the database was deactivated and the user who deactivated it. It also updates the CP-AMS State field in the status bar to indicate that no autoaction database is active.
