The File menu contains the following commands:

New File

Creates a new file in the document pane.

Open File...

Opens an existing file in the document pane.

Close File

Closes the file in the document pane without exiting the program.

Save File

Saves the file in the document pane.

Save File As...

Saves the file in the document pane to the specified name.

New Workspace

Creates a new workspace.

Open Workspace...

Opens an existing workspace.

Close Workspace

Closes an existing workspace.

Save Workspace

Saves the active workspace under its current name and location.

Save Workspace As...

Saves the active workspace under a new name and location.

Print...

Prints the file in the document pane.

Exit

Closes the application.
