Database Activation Error Message Format

Database activation errors occur if an activation request is not successful. Although database name validation checks are performed before the activation request is submitted, run-time activation errors can occur if the database cannot be found or read from mass storage. Each database activation error is preceded by a message indicating the activation requester and followed by a message indicating the current CP-AMS database state. CP-AMS always attempts to return to the database state that existed prior to the activation failure.
