Run-time action errors occur if text substitution fails, if the result of text substitution is an invalid action, or when certain other errors are detected. Run-time action errors are displayed as a series of LG console commands similar to the debug message series. A general alarm is issued, and an $AMS-ACTN$ message is issued for the operator's benefit so that the operator can distinguish between run-time action errors and Test mode messages.
