The DADB identification line appears when the processor is started. x .x is the external level number. is the internal (build) level number. creation-date is the date this version of DADB was created.

DADB summary information appears when the processor exits normally. n is the total number of error messages displayed, and m is the total number of warning messages.

DADB writes the BADB command syntax to output-file. DADB creates output-file, if it does not exist, or overwrites the file, if it does exist.
I0003: Database ’database’ contains no patterns.
The database database does not contain any pattern definitions. It may, however, contain variable definitions.
I0004: Maximum output line size set to n characters (s option).
A confirmation message indicating the maximum output line size was set by using the option -s. n is the maximum line length in characters, with n being less than or equal to 3000 and greater than or equal to 70.
I0005: This version of DADB does not support type database.
