Displaying the Current Resource Monitor Policy on a System
To display the current resource monitor policy on a managed server, do the following:
In the navigation pane, select the class under the Managed Objects node.
Select the managed system in the display pane.
In the details pane, select the Properties tab. Find the ResourcePolicy property to view the name of the policy. Additionally, the Policy Enabled and Policy Current properties show whether the policy is enabled and whether the policy is current with the version saved on the Operations Sentinel server. The possible values of the Agent State are:
Unknown – The agent on the managed server is not connected to Operations Sentinel. There may not be an agent on the managed server.
Connected – The agent on the managed server is connected to Operations Sentinel.
Disconnected – The agent connection has been lost.
Displaying Systems using a Specific Resource Monitor Policy
To display the systems using a specific resource monitor policy, do the following:
In the navigation pane, select the desired resource monitor policy type, either UNIX/Linux or Windows, under the Resource Monitor Policies node.
In the display pane, select the desired resource monitor policy.
In the details pane, select the Systems tab. The Distributed column lists the systems running the selected resource monitor policy.
