The alert details pane provides detailed information about the alerts you have selected in the alerts pane; it can also include help text for assistance in problem resolution. By default, this pane is not displayed.
To show or hide the alert details pane in the Alerts window, do one of the following:
Click Alert Details Pane on the View menu.
Right-click any alert and select Alert Details from the shortcut menu that appears.
Press F4.
Click the alert details icon (
) on the toolbar.
To show or hide the alert details pane in the main Operations Sentinel Console window
Right-click in the details pane and click Alert Details from the shortcut menu that appears.
In both Operations Sentinel Console and in the Alerts window,
you can also close the alert details pane by clicking the close icon
(
) on the top right-hand corner of the alert details pane.
