Mark an alert seen when you are aware of the alert but are not taking actions to resolve it. If you mark an alert as seen, it only affects your instance of Operations Sentinel Console. Other instances of Operations Sentinel Console do not show the alert marked as seen.
To mark an alert as seen, do one of the following:
Select the check box in the Seen column for the alert.
Right-click the alert and click Mark Seen from the shortcut menu that appears.
In the Alerts window, click the alert in the alerts pane, then click Mark Seen on the Edit menu.
You can also mark multiple alerts as seen at one time by selecting all of the desired alerts and performing one of the above methods.
