A shortcut menu appears.
Point to Remote Desktop and then click the desired system from the additional menu that appears.
A remote desktop to that system opens.
Alternatively, you can open a Remote Desktop using the Tools menu in the Alerts window or the Applications menu in the main Operations Sentinel Console window.
Once a remote desktop is opened, the full capabilities of the remote desktop product configured for the Windows system are immediately available to you.
Each time you launch a remote desktop, Operations Sentinel writes a message to the SP-EXTAPP log. This message includes the system name, the time you opened the session, your Windows login, and the process id (pid) of Operations Sentinel Console.
