You can select multiple items in the display pane and display the common property values for these items in the details pane. This saves time if you need to view data or perform the same changes for multiple items.

To select adjacent items

Click the first item, and then hold down Shift and click the last item.

To select nonadjacent items

Click the first item, and then hold down Ctrl and click additional items.

To select all items

Click Select All on the Edit menu.
