The initial filter policy assigned to the Windows Agent on any Windows system is named DEFAULT. You can use this procedure to select a different filter policy and push it to a Windows system.
To select a different filter policy and assign it to the agent on a Windows system
Click the row in the Windows Agent Control window that lists the Windows system, and then click Select Filter Policy on the Edit menu.
The Select Filter Policy dialog box appears.
Click the name of the desired filter policy.
Click OK. The name of the system’s new filter policy appears in the Windows Agent Control window. The value in the Enabled column is Yes, and value in the Current column is No.
Click Update Selected Agents on the File menu. The value in the Current column changes to Yes.
