The Event Server API files are installed with the Operations Sentinel Windows agent on each managed Windows system. See the Operations Sentinel Administration and Configuration Guide for details on installing the Operations Sentinel Windows agent.

The Operations Sentinel Windows agent installation places the Event Server API files into the following folder by default:

agent-installation-folder\API\Windows\api\spd

where agent-installation-folder is the folder in which the Operations Sentinel Windows agent is installed.
