Installing the Server Control OS 2200 Console Interface

The Server Control OS 2200 Console Interface is delivered and installed as part of the ClearPath Dorado Enterprise Systems plateau on a Service Processor.

Use this procedure only when Unisys technical support advises you to update the Server Control OS 2200 Console Interface asynchronously to the plateau. Please confirm this advice with Unisys technical support first. Failure to do so can cause serious problems to a running Service Processor.

To install the Server Control OS 2200 Console Interface

  1. Click Install Server Control OS 2200 Console Interface from the Installation home screen.

    The InstallShield Wizard checks all hardware and software requirements.

    • If the requirements are not met, an error window appears and the installation stops.

    • If all requirements are met, the Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard for Server Control OS 2200 Console Interface x.y.z window appears.

  2. Click Next.

    The Ready to Install window appears.

  3. Click Install.

    The Installing Server Control OS 2200 Console Interface x.y.z window appears.

    After the installation completes, the InstallShield Wizard Completed window appears.

  4. Click Finish to complete installation.

To remove the Server Control OS 2200 Console Interface

To remove the Server Control OS 2200 Console Interface, use the Programs and Features application in Control Panel. When complete, the Server Control OS 2200 Console Interface is uninstalled and the entry disappears from the Programs and Features window.
