Use this dialog box to change the properties of a view. Any changes you make in the View Properties dialog box are not permanent until you save the view or save the view as a site-defined default.

Click Properties on the File menu

Tabs
The View Properties dialog box contains the following tab panels:
General—Displays information about the view including its name and the date it was created, last modified, and last accessed.
Connection—Use to change the server, partition, and console to which this view is connected.
Pane—Use to change the font used in each pane, the display order of the panes, the foreground and background color, whether the pane is visible or hidden, and the traffic pane maximum message limit. For the system state pane, you can also select a 2 or 4-line display.
CP-AMS—Use to override the suppression of message and command display and define how messages are highlighted.
Miscellaneous—Use to specify how echo messages and release messages appear in the view.
Buttons
Cancel discards any changes to the dialog box since the last time you clicked the Apply button and closes the dialog box.
Apply saves all changes you have made to that point. The dialog box remains open so you can make additional changes.
OK saves all changes and closes the dialog box.
