Outside the United States, call the Unisys Support Center number provided by your sales representative.
For any software problems, contact your site Administrator, if there is one, before calling the Unisys Support Center.
When reporting a problem to the Unisys Support Center, describe what is happening as best you can. Include any pertinent information such as your hardware and software levels, any unusual circumstances before encountering the problem, and any actions taken to resolve the problem. To help capture this information, use the Report Problem utility. You access this utility from the Start menu, point to Programs, Unisys Operations Sentinel x.y.z, Administrative Tools, and then click Report Problems. You can also access Report Problems from Operations Sentinel Console.
Report Problem provides error and trace files, collected from both the Operations Sentinel server and the workstation from which you initiated Report Problem.
