The output of direct reports is not placed in ROC. Instead output is directed to files or devices, depending on the settings of the report's device specification and the built-in attribute Glb.Stn (refer to Direct Report Output for more information). Direct report output is not printed unless these settings and the choice of a ROC alias are configured appropriately.

Direct report output is not automatically recovered after a report or application failure. It is the user's responsibility to save the old report output before restarting a report that has failed.
