Users need to configure the Enterprise Output Manager (EOM)/Depcon printer before running any Enterprise Output Manager report.
EOM reports are automatically detected and routed if the EOM print queues are set up correctly. From there, output is redirected to whichever printer or output format is specified in the print queue.
The EOM report output should not include any plain text. This is because the Data Dependent Attributes LINC ignores plain text and will not pass those texts into EOM printer. Refer to Print Enterprise Output Manager Reports in the Agile Business Suite Developer Online Help for more information about Enterprise Output Manager output. Refer to the Enterprise Output Manager Configuration and Operations Guide for more information on how to set up the Enterprise Output Manager for printing.
Note: The GLB variables in LDL overrides report’s input argument. For example, at command console you type — “RUN DPCStLst DE VD” to set the report to Video mode and in the LDL you set the GLB.DEVICE = LP, the final report destination uses Device = LP.
