Start the record layout at position 1, with the order and field lengths matching those in the Field Description File file. The Field Description File is generated automatically with the application.

Ignore the usage output and status line fields in the Field Description File.

Start each record with the ispec name followed by the value O (for Offline) for the attribute Glb.Source field.

Define values for all other items, including standard information, as required. The first line of an ispec screen layout is described in the “Built-in Attributes topic of the Agile Business Suite Developer Online Help”.

Include a decimal character in the value for an attribute that has DECIMALS.KEYED. Separator characters can be included.

Include the sign (+ , -, DR, CR) after the value for signed number attributes.
