By using the following option from the Administration tool, you can delete all the reports that are no longer used in the application.

Delete Obsolete Reports: Deletes all the obsolete reports and updates the runtime system for the current reports available in the model. To delete the obsolete reports, right-click the system in the Administration Tool, and select All Tasks > Delete Obsolete Reports.
