The ePortal generator is installed automatically when you install Component Enabler. To install and use the generator, Microsoft .Net Framework is required as additional system software installed on the base Component Enabler software requirements.

The ePortal Generator is a .NET assembly called GenerateEPortal.dll, and is installed in the Bin folder of the installed Client Tools directory, for example, C:\NGEN_CE\Bin\GenerateEPortal.dll. The installation also copies two associated XML schema files, CEIspec.xsd and CEApplication.xsd, into the Bin folder. These schema files are used for schema validation during the generate process.

After the ePortal Generator is installed, you can reference it from the CE bundle options in EAE or the CE Folder properties in AB Suite.
