A signed version of the file LincViewer.jar, xmlParserAPIs.jar, xercesImpl.jar, jh.jar, ViewerHelp.jar are provided for deployment to a Web Server, to distribute and run the Presentation Client as an applet in a Browser. The file is located in the LIB\SIGNED\ subdirectory of the Component Enabler installation. For example, C:\NGEN_CE\lib\signed\LincViewer.jar and other signed jar files are recommended that you use the signed version of the Presentation Client when setting up the Web Server Virtual directory. This version is signed by Unisys Corporation using a digital ID from VeriSign. When you initially execute the Presentation Client as an applet, you are prompted to accept the trusted content signed by the Unisys Corporation.
