Cause: For RTU configurations on MCP platform, if the RTU build is set to True for a deployment folder (Generate Runtime Transfer Utility file is set to true), the RTU Source Set property cannot be blank.

Resolution: Set a valid value for the deployment folder RTU Source Set property.
