Description: The Default Pack property for building configure set must be set.

Cause: For RTU configurations on MCP platform, if the RTU build is set to True for a deployment folder (Generate Runtime Transfer Utility file is set to true), and the Segment Number of Reorg Tasks is set to more than one, then the segment Default pack cannot be blank.

Resolution: Set a valid value for segment Default Pack property.
