Description: The Default Pack property for RDB Configure Set must be set.

Cause: For RTU configurations on MCP platform, if the RTU build is set to True for a deployment folder (Generate Runtime Transfer Utility file is set to true), and Segment Number of Reorg Tasks is set to more than one, then the default pack for the RDB configure must be specified.

Resolution: Set segment Default Pack property for RDB Configure Set to BASE configuration.
