Description: National String is not supported with national support defined as None or Unicode.

Cause: Attributes with Primitive as national string is not support on MCP platform, if NationalString property of the Segment has value None or Unicode.

Resolution: Change NationalString property of the segment to MultiByte or SingleByte.
