That, is the internal name for reference attribute. Reference is an attribute that points to (or refers to) another attribute and can be presented on painter. However, the reference attribute cannot be accessed through logic. The inherits property of reference attribute is set (by validation) to the attribute being referred to.

The child elements of the That node are DefaultCursor, Constraint, VALUE, Graphical, Printable, and Fixed.

The attributes of the Teach node are same as the Object node.
