Set the Active Configuration to the Source configuration and Build the Base system from the deployment folder with the REBUILD option.

During the deployment phase, the database undergoes REORGANIZATION. Then the System deploys successfully.

The RTU file for the Transfer of the Base System to the Primary System is created and transferred to the Base Host at the same time through FTP.
