The AB Suite 7.0 release requires Visual Studio 2017, and consequently all .NET based project files generated and used in the Client Tools environment are only compatible with this release of Visual Studio. You need to install Visual Studio 2017 to work with the Component Enabler projects generated by the AB Suite 7.0 release. This affects ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET Web Services and VB.NET Clients.
