Business Rules from EAE 3.3 are called Documentation in System Modeler.

On migration of the LCIF file, all Business Rules from the existing model are mapped to the Documentation tab for each element.

The Documentation tab is common to all System Modeler elements. It is a text editor you can use to document the elements in your system. You can use this editor to create new business rules.
