All customizations you have made to the Logic Editor in Developer need to be reconfigured in System Modeler.
Colorization
The Logic Editor colors the different logic elements to help you distinguish elements at a glance. The different elements that can be assigned colors include:
Text – text other than a logic command, logic command option, attribute, or comment.
Comments – text that is not part of the logic, and is not compiled.
Built-in attributes – attributes that are provided and defined by System Modeler.
Literals
Commands
Block commands – logic commands that begin a block, such as ForEach.
Block end commands – logic commands that end a block, such as EndExit.
Command options – options for logic commands, such as Rounded.
To customize the Logic Editor, perform the following:
Choose Tools > Options.
In the Options dialog box, choose Environment > Fonts and Colors.
From the Show Settings For list, choose Text Editor.
Select the required display items one by one and choose the required options from the fonts list and color palettes available.
To create custom colors, click Custom for a more advanced color palette.
Click OK to save your settings.
Line Numbers
As with EA Developer 3.3, line numbers are automatically generated and cannot be changed. Line numbers are switched off by default.
To switch on Line Numbers, perform the following:
Choose Tools > Options.
In the Options dialog box choose Text Editor >All Languages> General.
Select Line Numbers from the Settings field and click OK. This will turn on line numbering.
