LSS is responsible for all exception-type inputs.

This includes Administration commands (colon commands), invalid <<Ispec>> class requests, or anything else that fails the Transaction Based Router, and is subsequently routed to the Default Agenda.

For Administration commands, the relevant action is taken. This might require some logging to take place through the logging library, depending on user requirements.

For invalid <<Ispec>> class requests, a message is returned to the originating station.
