For an MCP based application, use the :OLTP = Administration command to set the maximum number of active Report OLTP Interface programs that can run simultaneously.

This command has the following form:

:OLTP = number

When the number value is lowered, the number of interface programs are reduced. If there are no idle interface programs, there might be some delay to achieve the specified number. This occurs as interface programs complete processing for attached Reports.

This command is available to terminals with ODT or CONTROLLER status.

A valid abbreviation for :OLTP is :OLT.
