OLTP transactions use the existing screen header attributes Ispec, SOURCE, TRANNO, INPUTDATE, and ActMth:
Ispec
For efficiency, you should supply a value for Ispec. Otherwise supply spaces, in which case the correct value is determined from the OLTP buffer Subtype name.
SOURCE and TRANNO
Agile Business Suite provides default values for SOURCE and TRANNO as part of each OLTP transaction received.
INPUTDATE and ActMth
You can supply values for INPUTDATE and ActMth. Otherwise supply spaces, in which case values are derived from the current date.
You are not required to include the screen header attributes in OLTP View class buffer definitions, as these buffers can only be used by the logic commands when requesting an OLTP service. The screen header attributes are returned in the buffer of the OLTP Buffer when receiving a reply from a service provided by an application.
