The syntax for this command is as follows:

WAITSLICE [{nn}]

The Application Builder workers wait on various triggers including, input from the Developer Builder, the parents exceptionevent, or a specified number of seconds. For an idle worker this number of seconds is used to perform checking of the generate queue or checking if the CLOSETIME is exceeded.

Use this command to display or alter the number of seconds that form the worker's complex wait parameter. By default, the value is 30.
