If a single copy of your Audit files does not provide sufficient protection for your application, an additional level of security is available by creating a second copy of your Audit files on a separate disk pack. To do this, select or enter a pack name in the DuplicateAudit Pack Segment configuration property under the Pack Allocation category. This pack should always be different from both your Audit Pack and your Database Packs.

It is strongly recommended that duplicate Audit Packs are established on all your production Systems, to provide a highest level of recoverability.
