FTU enables you to retain many of your translated screens and translated Segment attributes or captions from the previous releases. FTU compares the original versions from the previous and new releases, and merges (or reports on) the differences with the existing version.
Merged Screens and Actions You Should Take
The following table shows the status of each merged screen and the action you should take.

How FTU Merges Screens
The following table shows the status of each screen and the procedure FTU uses to produce the merged output file.
