Enterprise Output Manager Reports

Enterprise Output Manager (DP) Reports are typically Reports that have been defined in System Modeler. However, it is possible to direct any Report to Enterprise Output Manager using Enterprise Output Manager control headers, which tell Enterprise Output Manager what to do with the incoming print jobs. DP Reports are the same as Direct (DI) Reports.

Output from a DP Report is a text file with control headers that specify the print attributes for a given Report. Enterprise Output Manager is able to automatically detect the output print jobs. Setting up Enterprise Output Manager to print Reports is the responsibility of the Enterprise Output Manager Administrator. Enterprise Output Manager then uses File Masks to read the Header information and assign a Print Attribute and a printer.
