To list the Report output files that are available for you to print or browse, either use the REPORT command (RE), which selectively returns the available Report output, or perform the following. (Refer to ROC Commands for more information on the REPORT command.)
Go to the ROC Home screen.
To list all available Reports, simply transmit.
To be more selective, use the properties outlined in the following table.
To Search By… | Enter… |

Report Name | Report name in the From Report property. Available Reports is displayed, starting from the specified Report name. |
Station Name | Reference station name in the By Station property. Only Reports initiated by that station is displayed. |
Usercode | Usercode in the For Usercode property. Only Reports created under that Usercode is displayed. |
Select one or more of the following states (enter Y against each choice). The default is all states.

Having completed either of these actions, the Reports Available screen is then displayed, which lists available Reports, giving the details shown in the following table.

By default, entries are displayed in the order of their unique identification number (based on date/time sequence). You can optionally display these menu screen items in either ascending or descending sequence, by entering MF (Menu Forward) or MR (Menu Reverse) in the Action property. Refer to ROC Commands for more information.
