Output Control sequences for standard printers qualified for Agile Business Suite are included in the sample CODES file supplied on your release media. The CODES file can be maintained using a standard system editor (such as CANDE).
Take care not to change any of these details unintentionally. The changes that you make to your CODES file must follow the format described in this section and demonstrated in the sample CODES file. Any deviation from the prescribed format may result in an unexpected behavior. |
Troubleshooting
If you receive the following message for any of the terminal models qualified for Agile Business Suite, the configuration process has not been successful.
YOU CAN’T INQUIRE - MODEL UNDECLARED
Check that the CODES file for your application (NGEN28SYS/CODES) is present, and manually load the file. Then enter the name of your Output Control file. The default name is provided, but might be changed.
If the file is not present, contact your Unisys Support representative.
Format of the CODES File
The following tables give the format of the three types of records in the CODES file.
Record Type 1 associates a number with a code name.
